Refund and Cancellation Policy

In order to make our clients feel special, we have a solid refund policy. Please review our refund policy before contacting us.

Send an email to [email protected] at least 7 days before the end of your term to deactivate your account. When you cancel, all of your information will be removed from our system. Please be sure you wish to cancel your account before doing so, as doing so will result in the permanent deletion of all account information.
At the end of each subscription period, your subscription will be renewed automatically.
If you decide to change the plan you’re on or switch to a lower plan, ishortlink will not refund the remainder of your subscription.
If you cancel our services before the end of the term, we will not issue an adjustment to your refund for the time left on your subscription.
Ishortlink service(s) may be changed or discontinued at any moment and without prior notice.
if You decide to Stop the Current Subscription plan after 15 days period , there will be no refund given.

Free Cancellation Within 14 Days

Users can cancel their ishortlink subscription at any time within the first 14 days. subscription removal is free and effective instantly. Existing subscribers are not eligible for the risk-free 14-day cancellation period offered to new clients. Customers who were paying subscribers before canceling and then re-subscribing to ishortlink will not be eligible for a refund of their subscription fee or a free trial period.

Potential New subscribers (customers) have 14 days to cancel their subscription and receive a full refund to their Original Payment Method.

After the initial 14-day period, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the payment plan you chose at the time of purchase, which could be a monthly subscription, a Annual subscription, or discounted / Promotion Subscription.

Billing and Cancelation

Monthly and annual subscriptions are continuous until officially canceled via email prior to the renewal date. Customers who wish to cancel their subscription must send an email to [email protected]. After canceling their subscription, customers will receive an email from ishortlink verifying the cancellation.

The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable taxes, levies, or charges that are not included in the stated price. Any subscriber to the Subscription services may change their plan level at any time. Customers can modify their subscriptions by contacting [email protected] with their requests.

Any subscription purchased on ishortlink.com is subject to ishortlink’s approval. If ishortlink does not approve a new or renewing subscription or membership, the buyer will receive an adjusted refund based on the number of days still left on their subscription.
